DUTIES OF A CLUSTER COORDINATOR

    1.   The Cluster Coordinators and the Asst. Cluster Coordinators will be members of the Class Rep Committee that will headed by an AAA board member. As members of the committee, the Coordinators will attend meeting of the Class Rep Committee.

    2.    The Cluster Coordinator,  as members of the Class Rep Committee, may be invited by the Board of Trustees to attend some AAA board meetings.

    3.    Each Coordinator will act as the conduit between the Class Reps in her cluster and the AAA Secretariat by updating/informing the Class Reps in her cluster of activities of the AAA and vice versa, class rep meetings or gatherings and other pertinent information. 

 

 
DUTIES OF A CLASS REP AND AN ASST. CLASS REP

    1.   The Class Rep organizes regular meetings with the Section Reps of her batch.

    2.    The Class Rep willact as the conduit between the Section Reps and the AAA through the Cluster Coordinator.

    3.    She consolidates information and reports to and from the Section Reps.

 

 
DUTIES OF A SECTION REP

   1.  The Section Reps should keep an updated directory and other pertinent information about the members of her class and to submit a copy to te Class Reps or Cluster Coordinator.

   2.  The Section Reps will be the conduit to communicate information to their respective section classmates regarding activities and projects of the AAA, at the same time informing the AAA of the activities of their class or section. This information may be passed on to/from thru the Class Reps, Cluster Coordinators, or directly to/from the AAA secretariat.

   3.  They responsible for collecting each year, the Annual Contribution of P500 to the "special fund" from each classmate, issuing an acknowledgement receipt fro each donation and remitting all collections to the treasurer of te AAA.

   4.   The Section reps should organize class reunions at least once a year, or at any time agreed by the class.

   5.   The Section Rpes belonging to a particular year should select one head or Class Rep from among themselves who will act as the official spokesperson of the class or batch and an Assistant Class Rep. 

 
CLUSTERING

    All classes will be grouped into clusters of five years all classes before 1945 will have only one cluster, and classes every five (5) years thereafter will have one cluster each.

    The corresponding Section Reps and Class Reps will belong to the cluster that their class belongs to. A Cluster Coordinator chosen by the Class Reps Committee will head each cluster. 

 
PROCEDURE

    Before graduation , eacg graduating high school class should select one (1) representative for each section. If there are five (5) sections, then there should be five representatives; four (4) sections should have four reps., etc. These Reps will be called Section Reps. However, the classes that graduated with just one section, should have two (2) representatives.

    All Section Reps will choose from among themselves, one (1) Class Rep and one (1) Assistant Class Rep to represent their whole class or batch in alumnae activities.

    If no longer representatives has been chosen, or if the class representative is not in a position to carry out the duties of a class rep. (ex. she lives out of Manila, or she no longer wants to be a class rep., etc.), the class can meet and choose a new Class Rep. They should immediately inform the Class Rep Committee thru their Cluster Coordinator of the change.
