1. The Parent/Guardian of the student-applicant present to the Admissions Office all necessary requirements for application.
2. After a thorough review of the documents presented, the parent or guardian will be issued a permit to pay the Application Form and Testing Fee at the Treasurer’s Office. A minimal fee of 300php will be charged for a lost Application Form, Recommendation Forms and/or the Personal Data Sheet.
3. The Parent/Guardian will secure the Application Form and will be given the testing schedule after presenting to the Admissions Office the official receipt of payment made at the Treasurer's Office.
4. The duly accomplished Application Form and complete admissions requirements must be submitted to the Admissions Office during the scheduled testing date. Application for admission of student-applicants with incomplete admissions requirements submitted will not be processed.
5. The student-applicants who successfully passed the initial admissions requirement will be scheduled for interview. However, a letter of regret will be given out to those applicants who did not meet the initial requirements for admission.
a.) High school student-applicants who only met the minimum evaluation requirements will be scheduled for interview.
6. After the interview session, the student-applicant and her parents/guardians are informed of the specific date that the admission results will be released. Parents should personally pick up the results from the Admissions Office on the specified date. A letter of authorization must be presented by the guardian/representative to the Admissions Office in the event that the parent is not available to get the results personally.
7. Attendance of the Parents' Partnership Session (PPS)
a. Parents of student-applicants who have passed the admission requirements are required to attend the Parents' Partnership Session as scheduled.
b. Parents who cannot attend the PPS are requested to sign an agreement to attend the next scheduled session of the PPS.
c. Parents who have attended the previous PPS should provide a copy of their PPS certificate to the Admissions Office. Please note that those who have attended their last session for more than 5 years are required to attend the Parents' Partnership Session again.
8. Enrollment
a. Parents of successful student-applicants can proceed for enrollment during the specified schedule for enrollment.
