
A student who has filed a leave of absence for a semester or a year must re-apply for re-entry by submitting a letter of request to the Associate Dean prio to the start of the semester.
Re-entry of students who have left the College from 3-5 years shall be determined by the Associate Dean of course in consultation with the chairperson and the registrar.
If approved, the applicant accomplishes the re-entry form and submits this to the Registrar's Office upon enrollment.
