Blue is Best! pep rally jumpstarts college student activities for SY 2009-10 |

The
Mother Rose Auditorium’s walls reverberated with cheers and drumbeat
as the
student council and organizations strutted their stuff in an upbeat program hosted
by student leaders Criena House (Media Production), Mars Soller (Advertising) and Michelle Gonzales (Media Production) with
former-MTV-veejay-turned-professor Ms. Nicole Fonacier.
The highlights of
the show include a surprise dance n number led by Assumption
Student Council
President Marita Adamos and a quick improv presentation by Dean of Student
Affairs Mrs. Carmen Velayo and Associate Dean for Business Dr. Corazon “Kuku”
Lopez. The event ended a deafening roar as Associate Dean for Liberal Arts Dr.
Carmen “Pinky” Valdes leading the crowd in cheering, “Blue is Best!”
