Please take note of the following:
From an official Vatican website page on Guided Tours:
(link is here under Useful Information)
"Visitors not attired properly will be refused admittance."
And from vatican-tours.com :
"Please take note that there is a strict dress code for St.
Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums. Women must cover their
shoulders and knees and men must wear full length pants. There is
actually a fashion check-point and if you are not dressed accordingly
the Vatican staff will refuse entry. Please keep this in mind when
planning your tour to the Vatican."

Dear Pilgrims:
1. We would like to inform you that the pilgrims kits will be
distributed only on June 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the
Philippine Embassy to the Holy See, 29 Via Paolo VI, near the
Vatican. Since there are over 1000 pilgrims registered with the
Philippine-Thailand Province, it would be advisable to send group
representatives to pick up the kits. Remember: no claim stub, no
kits. We ordered exactly the number of kits for our registered
pilgrims.
2. Some of the souvenir items in this site will be on sale at the
Instituto Maria Bambina, Via Paolo VI (see map attached to the 3-day
pilgrimage schedule) on June 1 (whole day) and June 2 (afternoon only,
after the pilgrimage tour).
3. The Canonization pass will be the same pass to be used for the
Youth Night at the Sala Nervi the same day. So please keep your passes.
4. I would like to share with you some useful information from Sr.
Regivic who has been in Rome since last month to help the
congregational canonization committee:
"The Hot season has arrived: 12-15 C in the morning and 25-27C in the
afternoon. There are rainy days during the week and the temperature
drops to 5 degrees less on both ends. Folding umbrellas and wind
breakers or light jackets might be useful.
Dollar/euro exchange is quite tilted: US$100= 54 euros for around ten
days now in main money exchange centers. They say the big banks are a
little better. Last week, Pinky Valdes discovered that at Fiumicino
airport there is a good offer if you exchange in bulk. Perhaps if you
do the exchange in groups you might have a better offer."
See you at the send-off mass tomorrow! God bless!
Baby Herrera
