Dear Parents,

Thank you for choosing Assumption College for your daughter. Please find below pertinent information regarding enrollment.

Regular enrollment for School Year 2010-2011 will be held at the St. Marie Eugenie Building Pavilion Hall on the following dates and time:

Regular Enrollment for students WITHOUT SUMMER REQUIREMENT:
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon and
  1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

April 14-16

Early Enrollment (All Levels - old and new students)
April 20-23

Regular Enrollment (All Levels - old and new students)

Employees' Children (Venue: Records Office)

For Special and Late Enrollment: May 6-7, 2010  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon and
  1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Students who attended Summer Classes in other schools (No Late Fee)

Students who failed to register during the regular enrollment period (to pay Late Fee of Php. 500.00 per student)

Releasing of Books and I.D. Picture Taking:
Note: Students should bring or wear their white blouse, necktie and Assumption pin for ID picture taking.

The following are the required documents for new students and transferees:

To submit:
1. For Incoming Pre-school
Certification of attendance / completion of previous schooling signed by the school head or Principal.

For Incoming Grade School and High School
Original report card (with final grades) signed by the school head or Principal.

To accomplish:
2. Student Health Record accomplished by the family doctor (Form is available upon enrollment and can be submitted to the Clinic on or before May 28, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

3. Class Admission Card (Form is available upon enrollment and will be submitted by the student to the Class Adviser or Teacher-in-Charge on the first day of class complete with 3 signatures from the Cashier, Records Office and Clinic)

Payments can be made in cash, check, BPI EPS, BPI SIP Installments and other major credit cards to the Treasurer's Office. Please note that tuition fees will be adjusted upon approval of the request for tuition fee increase by the Department of Education.

On these days, you will also be able to make arrangements for your daughter's school bus and have her measured for her uniforms.

During enrollment, you are only allowed to park at Ponce St. and San Lorenzo Drive along the perimeter of the school. We ask for your strict compliance of SLVA Traffic and Security Guidelines

To all those who are intending to apply for Grade 1, please be informed that we have closed applications due to limited slots for school year 2010-2011.

For those applying for Grade 2, there are still no slots available.





 
Message to Parents

December 1, 2009

Dear Parents,

Peace!

The school year is almost over and thus I am writhing to inform you that we are now open for pre-enrollment for the school year 2010 – 2011. A reservation fee of Php 5,000.00 for Kinder 2 to Year IV is now being accepted. This fee is non-refundable but is deductible from the school fees upon enrollment. Please note that ONLY THOSE WHO PAID THE RESERVATION FEE WILL BE ASSURED OF A PLACE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR.

Please fill up the reply slip given to your daughter. If you intend to enroll your daughter, please attach your reservation fee to your reply slip and make your payment to the Treasurer’s Office no later than January 15, 2010. For your convenience, you may pay using your credit card or EPS card at the Treasurer’s Office. You may pay through deposit over the counter at any BPI Branch. Please indicate in your deposit slip the following:

    ACCOUNT NAME:             ASSUMPTION COLLEGE, INC (SFR)
    ACCOUNT NUMBER:         CA# 0091 – 066777

Fill out two copies of the deposit slip indicating your DAUGHTER’S NAME. Kindly fax a copy of the deposit slip to 817 – 4856, ATTENTION: RESERVATION FEE.

If you do not intend to re-enroll your daughter, kindly fill-up the reply slip just the same and send it to her Class Adviser on or before the said date.
