Admissions

Procedure

Due to the Pandemic, CHANGES have been made to the ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE.

1. All applicants are ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THE ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION AND THE ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS before proceeding with the Online Application.
2. Fill out the PRE- REGISTRATION FORM. < https://portal.assumption.edu.ph/login>
3. Pay the application and testing fee of PHP 800.00
4.  Access the Portal and fill out the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM completely.
5. Scan all your documents and email them to <acmakatibedadmissions@assumption.edu.ph> ( Please note that the PSA Birth Certificate (https://psahelpline.ph/) and the Final Report Card are to be submitted in hard copies before the enrollment for Academic Year 2021-2022)
6. Wait for the Admissions Office’s advice regarding your daughter’s and your Online Interview Schedule.

Eligibility for Admissions

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

GRADE 11

• NO GRADE BELOW 80% in all subjects of the PREVIOUS and CURRENT school years
• FOR STEM Strand Applicants: NO Grade Below 85% in SCIENCE and MATH
• A CONDUCT grade not lower than SATISFACTORY of the PREVIOUS and CURRENT school years
• Has COMPLETED the level prior to the level being applied

Admission Requirements

GRADE 11 – SENIOR HIGH (SHS)

A. Duly accomplished ONLINE Application Form.
B. Original copy and two (2) clear photocopies of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate (https://psahelpline.ph/)
C. One (1) clear photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
D. Recommendation Forms (duly accomplished by Guidance/ Class Adviser and Principal)
E. Four (4) passport size recent colored photos (computer printed & cut-outs are not accepted)
F. Progress Report Cards – Two (2) clear photocopies of PREVIOUS and CURRENT report cards

FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Submit CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of the following documents:

1. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
2. Photocopy of Passport
3. Visa/ Working Permit of Parents
4. Photocopy of dual citizenship passports (for dual citizenship)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL FOREIGN STUDENTS / TRANSFEREES FROM ABROAD

1. PREVIOUS & PRESENT Scholastic Records must be authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Office of Consular Affairs-Authentication Division in the country which has jurisdiction over the issuing school.
2. Scholastic Records are subject to validation of the Department of Education, Makati Division Office.
3. Needs to undergo Filipino Assessment to be scheduled by Basic Education Division (BED) Admissions Office after taking the admissions test (for Grade 7-Grade 10)

FOR HOMESCHOOLED STUDENTS (ALL LEVELS)

Proceed to the Department of Education Makati, (DepEd-Makati) for the required Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT).
